We have been a small, organic and family-run business for three generations; we are located on the southern side of the Conca d’Oro at 500 meters above the sea level. We produce organic wines and when the year allows it, we also produce Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
We have about 4.5 hectares of vineyards and almost 3000 olive plants.
All our wines are made only with Sangiovese grapes using only grapes grown by us, by hand, according to a parcelar selection in the vineyard.
Our wines from the Chianti Classico Annata to the Gran Selezione age in low-toasted French oak barrels of 23 HL, 10 HL and 500 liters, following an oenological path based on the type of product and refining in the bottle for at least 6 months.

We will take you to discover the company, the vineyards and its flavors.
This experience usually begins in the premises of the old winery, where, sitting at the table, you will taste four wines, the passito and if the season allows it the Extra Virgin Olive Oil of Il Palagio di Panzano.
It is the ideal experience for those who want to get into the details of the wine production process and its right match to food.
The wines and vintages chosen in the winery will be combined with the fresh and genuine flavors of the gastronomic tradition of the Chianti area, seasonal delicacies from the farm’s own vegetable garden and culinary specialties from Panzano in Chianti.
