A journey that starts in our vines, continues in our cellar and “Barrique” aging room and ends with the tasting of 3 representative company wines. A journey in order to understand the history of the family and how we make our wines.

the visit starts in our vines, illustrating our history and the “Bolgheri” philosophy and territory. Our intent is to make the guests part of the searching and the effort that the company makes daily in order to produce qualitative and natural wines.
The Cellar:
an introduction on our main winemaking methods. Continuing our experience you will be guided through the wine cellar in order to understand the working and ageing steps without excluding the opportunity of watching live phases regarding the harvest, grape selection and bottling that may take place the day you visit. A moment of great pleasure, continuing the discover of our company, enthused by the aroma and flavour of our wines.

THE PRODUCTION OF BOLGHERI DOC WINES FINDS ITS FIRST NORMATIVE BASIS IN THE 1983 DISCIPLINARY, SIGNED ON AUGUST 1 OF THAT YEAR BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE ITALIAN REPUBLIC SANDRO PERTINI.
Bolgheri is a DOC wine whose production falls entirely in the municipal territory of Castagneto Carducci in the province of Livorno. In recent years, companies producing monovarietals with one of the three main grapes are also increasing. We are always faced with important red wines with great longevity. The aromas are characterized by ripe and sweet black fruit with balsamic notes of Mediterranean scrub so characteristic of the Bolgheri terroir. On the palate the roundness and softness are striking, the sweetness of the fruit in the middle of the mouth is always well enlivened by the freshness of the acidic component. VAL DI CORNIA SUVERETO RISERVA IS A DOC WINE WHOSE PRODUCTION IS ALLOWED IN THE PROVINCES OF LIVORNO AND PISA.
Suvereto DOCG wines represent an interesting denomination of Tuscany. They are therefore produced in a small territory in the province of Livorno, in the immediate hinterland of the promontory of Piombino. It is a very suitable area for the cultivation of vines, thanks to the composition of soil rich in minerals and a Mediterranean climate but cool and ventilated. In this terroir, the two noble Bordeaux vines, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, have found the conditions to express themselves on levels of absolute excellence.
