Tollena estate with its 70 hectares of extension is located in the hills around San Gimignano. Only 2 km from the town of towers , the wine growing estate is sourronded by vineyards, by olives trees, enjoying a cellar for wines tasting and food from our own production. Vernaccia di San Gimignano docg, Chianti colli senesi docg, Rose’, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot are our wine.
We have a country house of seven apartments and make your stay magical and relaxina in one of the most beautiful and exclusive landscape of tuscany.
We have also a retail shop located in the center of the village, in san giovanni street a uniqueplace where you can see inside some of the remains from the ancient Church of San Francesco back to the early 13th century, at the same time you can enjoy tasting our exceptional range of our wines,top quaLITY Evo oil,and not least many other tuscan excellence. You will savour our wines (3 Vernaccia wines, Chianti, D.O.C. San Gimignano Rosso) and our extra virgin olive oil.
With the possibility of adding a taste of Cabernet or Merlot for an extra 5 euros.
SNACK AND TASTING – € 30pp
In addition to tasting our wines (3 Vernaccia wines, Chianti, D.O.C. San Gimignano Rosso), you can enjoy a rich platter of cold cuts, cheeses, and bruschetta.
With the possibility of adding a taste of Cabernet or Merlot for an extra 5 euros.
LUNCH AND TASTING – € 55pp
A complete gastronomic experience, which includes the tasting of our wines, an appetizer, a first course, a dessert, and coffee.
With a special menu for children up to 6 years old at only 20 euros.
COOKING SCHOOL WITH LUNCH – € 75pp
Cooking school followed by lunch with tasting of our wines.

Our experience at the Borgo Tollena Wine Resort was a highlight of our trip to Tuscany. Our host, Barbara, was welcoming, and very knowledgeable about her wines,. The meal was fabulous and interesting. She even handled two small children with aplomb. The setting is incomparable. I recommend it highly- and the wines were very good.
