You will experience a morning (or evening) in the farmhouse of the Tiberini family, where, following the timeless recipes of Nonna Dima and guided by the mastery of chef Luca Bini, you will be able to transform selected local products and the freshest vegetables from the garden into delicious dishes now known throughout Montepulciano.
An authentic cooking class that, between laughter, wine, and notions of traditional Tuscan cuisine, will culminate in a typical lunch (or dinner) that we will enjoy all together, as a family, with the dishes that you have prepared yourself.
The menu consists of four courses, which vary depending on seasonality and the availability of the freshest ingredients. You will be able to prepare delicacies such as Tuscan appetizers(hot croutons), handmade pasta (such as pici or pappardelle), a meat-based main course, and a traditional dessert.
