Montespertoli, a land located in the heart of Tuscany on the hills of Chianti, where since the time of the Etruscans it is continuously produced wine, oil and therefore affirming without denial to be one of the most voted territories and everything to discover. Here Tenuta Barbadoro with the Gallerini family has been producing wine and oil for five generations and since 2007 it has been doing so in a certified organic way.Currently we cultivate 36 hectares of vineyards and 10 of olive groves and produce various types of Chianti and IGT wine (red, white and rose), aged in wooden or cement barrels, we also produce extra virgin olive oil from olives monocultivar (Leccino or Moraiolo) or blended with typical Tuscan cultivars.
Our motto is “we respect nature to give you the best”.

If you are looking for authentic products created respecting the territory maybe you have found the right place, here you can taste our wines and organic oils combined with the best meats and cheeses of Tuscany, while Alessio, one of the owners will accompany you in this experience telling you about the history of the winery, the peculiarities of its products and the territory of the Chianti of Montespertoli that has hosted it for five generations now. Upon reservation it is possible to visit the vineyard, the olive grove and the cellar.
The tasting will take place in an indoor room or in the garden with panoramic views of the vineyards.

We did wine and olive oil tasting with snacks and tour in this family runed small biological winery and it was one of the best experiences in our trip. Everything tasty and good, very friendly hosts and beautiful views to Tuscany. The home baked cantucci were amazing.

Sehr zu empfehlen! Alessio und Alexandra haben uns begrüßt, als gehörten wir zur Familie. Sie hatten beide eigentlich gar keine Zeit, weil sie noch mitten in der Arbeit steckten, haben sich aber trotzdem sehr viel Zeit für uns genommen. Wir durften Weißwein, Rose, Rotwein und Olivenöl kosten. Ich habe das erste Mal verstanden, worin eigentlich die Faszination von Olivenöl begründet liegt. Der Unterschied zu dem, was wir in deutschen Supermärkten bekommen, ist riesig! Und dann die Weine!! Mir persönlich hat der „II. Guido“ am besten gefallen, ein Chianti vom Feinsten. Alle Weine sind in Bio-Qualität. Die Preise sind in Ordnung für Weine dieser Qualität, und wir haben ordentlich eingekauft. Alessio und Alexandra betreiben das Weingut in 5. Generation.
