In 2020, we proudly labeled our first bottle, officially bringing Cantina Mancini to life.
Guided by our grandfather, we have combined traditional winemaking methods with a fresh, modern approach.
This vision has taken shape through our “garage winery”—a limited production of just 3,000 bottles per year, sourced from a 55-year-old vineyard plot.
The grapes are harvested strictly by hand, and fermentation occurs naturally; the result is a collection of deeply authentic wines, produced in small quantities and capable of expressing the very soul of our land.

80% Sangiovese, 20% Canaiolo – Aged for 24 months in oak tonneaux

85% Trebbiano, 10% Malvasia and 5% Grechetto- Aged for 6 months in stainless steel
CONTROVERSO – Igt Toscana Orange
100% Trebbiano, – Aged for 8 months in barriques
FUORILEGGE – Igt Toscana Canaiolo
100% Canaiolo – Aged for 6 months in fiberglass
IMPASSITO – Igt Toscana Passito
Sangiovese, Canaiolo, Trebbiano and Malvasia – Aged for 24 months in small barrels

Such a gorgeous family run winery. I accidentally booked the wrong day and everyone at Cantina Mancini was very accommodating to fit us in. We had a tour of the vineyard, learning lots about the land, grape harvest and the multigenerational family business. The wine tasting after the vineyard was delicious, we enjoyed exchanging stories and learning more about the area. You can see the passion in all family members for wine making. We are so so glad to have spent some time here. Would highly recommend to anyone considering a visit. Thank you!!

Pequeño viñedo familiar, nosotros llegamos sin realizar reserva, aún así Edoardo nos recibió y llevo a conocer sus viñas, posteriormente pasamos al area de barricas y botellas donde nos explico a detalle la historia del viñedo y como realiza sus vinos.
Finalizamos con la degustación de 5 vinos, todos excelentes.

Thank you to Anna and Lorenzo for showing us around your gorgeous winery! Our 15€ tasting included a detailed tour of the vines before a sit down tasting of three of their wines with some crackers and even some of their home made EVOO. I cannot recommend visiting this vineyard enough if you’re in the area!

Highly recommend visiting!! This experience was very lovely – authentic, local, family-owned. Edoardo was a great host. His family’s vineyard has been around for 55+ years and now he selling the wine and it is very impressive. The view from the vineyard was stunning. We tasted the wine in the courtyard of the family home. The wine was delicious and we bought a bottle to bring home. Thank you Mancini family!

Edoardo is the man! Super personal experience and really easy to talk to. Learned a lot! Highly recommend anyone who wants to experience the local side of wine making. Very family oriented and felt super homie.

An excellent afternoon spent tasting 4 lovely wines and learning about the wine making process. Lorenzo very kindly took us out to see the vineyard despite inclement weather and then we throughly enjoyed tasting a range of wines from the vineyard. Would strongly recommend to anyone visiting Tuscany!

Una degustazione alla cantina Mancini è un’esperienza notevole..i vini che Lorenzo ti farà gustare sono vini con un’anima, una personalità, qualità che purtroppo nei vini di cantine più conosciute, non sempre sono presenti. Lorenzo è giovane, ma la cantina fa tesoro degli insegnamenti di suo nonno , rivisti con gli occhi di un giovane. Una piacevole sorpresa questa cantina!

Bellissima esperienza! Veniamo dalla Romagna in Valdichiana e cercando una cantina non turistica ci imbattiamo in Edoardo, pieno di passione per la sua terra e per il vigneto di 55 anni. I vini che ci ha fatto provare sono il frutto di innovazione e sperimentazione ben riuscita. Ci tornerei nuovamente per vedere quanto è cresciuto perché sicuramente se ne sentirà parlare!!
