Maurizio Brogioni Wineryis located in the municipality of Greve in Chianti, in the locality of Montefioralle. It is here that Maurizio, of Grevigian origins and winemaker for generations, was able to realize his dream by putting to fruit the passion for the land and the products that derive from it. The land of the farm covers 4 hectares, of which 1.5 are cultivated with specialized vineyards and the remaining are olive groves.
OUR TASTINGS

CHIANTI CLASSICO – 1h 15min – € 30pp
A tasting lasting approximately 75 minutes, in which you will take a tour of the company and the cellar, following which you will taste 4 wines, combined with tastings of typical dishes:
– a white IGT or rosé IGT, combined with samples of typical bread and cured meats;
– a Chianti Classico, paired with bruschetta with our extra virgin olive oil;
– a Chianti Classico Riserva, paired with 36-month Parmigiano Reggiano;
– a Supertuscan, paired with Tuscan pecorino; in addition to the wines, it will also be possible to taste the Tuscan pecorino with our EVO oil with white truffle from San Miniato and with the cooked must, the dark cocoa cream containing 12% of our EVO oil and the face, hand and body creams produced with our wine and our oil.

RISERVA – 2h – € 45pp
A tasting lasting approximately 2 hours, in which we will take a tour of the company and the cellar, following which you will be served a three-course lunch paired with 4 of our wines:
– a first course of pasta proposed by the chef between pasta with wine (cooked in our classic vintage Chianti, with parmesan, pecorino, crispy bacon and fresh sage), pasta with Tuscan ragù (beef, pork, tomato and herbs cooked over a fire slow for at least 3 hours) or pasta with pesto (pine nuts, fresh basil, EVO oil and parmesan), combined with an IGT white wine and our Chianti Classico;
– a second course consisting of bruschetta with our EVO oil, selection of typical Tuscan cured meats, 36 month old Parmigiano Reggiano and Tuscan pecorino, combined with our Chianti Classico Riserva and a Supertuscan. The second course concludes with two tastings of Tuscan pecorino, one with our EVO oil with San Miniato white truffle and the other with cooked must;
– a dessert consisting of a Greek yoghurt mousse sprinkled with our dark cocoa cream with 12% EVO oil;

GRAN SELEZIONE – 1h 30min – € 100pp
A tasting lasting approximately 90 minutes, in which you will take a private tour with Maurizio among the vineyards and the cellar, in which the production process of extra virgin olive oil and the various types of Chianti Classico will be explained to you, following which you will be able to taste 5 red wines, combined with tastings of typical dishes:
– a Chianti Classico paired with bruschetta with our EVO oil;
– a Chianti Classico Riserva, paired with 36-month aged Parmigiano Reggiano;
– a classic Chianti Riserva H’amorosaCRU, paired with 36-month aged Parmigiano Reggiano;
– two super Tuscans paired with Tuscan pecorino; in addition to the wines, it will also be possible to taste the Tuscan pecorino with our EVO oil with white truffle from San Miniato, with truffle honey and cooked must, the dark cocoa cream containing 12% of our EVO oil and the creams for face, hands and body produced with our wine and our oil.

We went to this winery first before our 2 winery tour and Maurizio’s was my favorite! It’s a beautiful winery, they were so informative, and the wines and olive oils were AMAZING! We purchased 6 bottles of truffle extra Virgin olive oil and he said they could possibly take 5-6 weeks which we were fine with but they came in 2 weeks and 1 day! We were so surprised how quickly they came and now we’re so grateful and excited to have such a special part of our Italian experience at home in the states with us. I would absolutely come back here or recommend this winery!!

Maurizio is an amazing host and excellent winemaker! He truly treated us like family when we visited for our wine tasting, and he made special garlic bread with olive oil from olives that had been harvested two days before. We thought his wines were excellent, and he had easy ordering and shipping. This is a top memory from our trip to Italy.

Really good! We visited here for lunch and wine tasting.
I made an urgent reservation inquiry the day before and was able to make a reservation right away with a kind response. The owner was the best host I’ve ever met in Chianti. He presented his wines with pride. We had a great time with his cute dog Spirit in the glass garden with a view of the vineyards. He treated us to a wonderful traditional lunch, four wines and extra virgin olive oil. The olive oil was very fresh, having been extracted a week ago, and all the wines were excellent.
We bought wine and olive oil. I definitely want to come back.

Lovely wine tasting in the hills of Tuscany. The staff were very lovely and had a very good level of English.
The wine and food pairing were very good. There was a sweet dog that made the experience even better.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! From start to finish, everything was amazing.
We were a group of 14 and were so well catered for, the food, wines, cheeses and olive oil were all wonderful. Maurizio and the staff were beyond hospitable.
Thank you very much for such an amazing experience!
Note: we came in the beginning of March when it was still a bit cold and the glass room was perfect, you could still see the view, whilst being warm.

What an absolutely amazing vineyard to visit while in Tuscany. Maurizio was a fantastic host. We drank, we ate, we saw the most amazing landscape in all of Chianti!
I was able to ship my wine, olive oil, and hand and body creams back to the States! Maurizio and his team made our visit the highlight of our trip! Saluti!

Totally loved our experience here. The staff are friendly and the owner so relational and so willing to answer our questions and be with us when we were having our experience. Ordering the wines were very easy and we got them within two weeks after leaving the area. The wine is spectacular and the food they provided to go with it equally amazing!

Great tasting experience and a good lunch served by the owners wife. They sell wine, olive oil, balsamic, and face oils and creams as well. The winery is small but very tastefully set up. This is a micro grower that has made fantastic wine from the diverse sites he is growing on. We enjoyed it and got some good shots along the way. Grazie.
