Ours is a small family-run company; we produce wine, oil and honey all certified organic and we work in biodynamics.
Those who book a tasting of our organic/biodynamic wines produced on the Lucca hills; we will take a tour of the vineyard near the cellar, a visit to the internal rooms and finally we will taste the wines, oil and honey under a pergola.
I will sit at the table with the customer to explain the history of our family business, our philosophy on natural wines, the processing processes and the organoleptic characteristics of our 4 wines accompanied by the type of tasting chosen by the customer
Depending on the period in which they visit us, they can witness some of the processing processes (harvest, pressing with the feet, winemaking, bottling, labeling all done manually).

GOURMET – 2h – € 40pp
Four wines accompanied by 4 Tuscan crostini and bread with our extra virgin olive oil. Our 3 honeys accompanied by a local pecorino, our bread cooked in the wood oven and our 4 focaccias, our dried tomatoes, olives, giardiniera, local cured meats from Camaiore, pappa al pomodoro, potato meatballs and beef meatballs with tomato sauce.
