You will taste 3 red wines, expressions of our mineral-rich volcanic soils, paired with freshly prepared food pairings designed to enhance every glass.

100% Sangiovese – Maturation in steel vats for 18/20 months

100% Sangiovese – Aged for at least 36 months in 25 hl French oak barrels and refined in bottle for at least 6 months
CENERE – Montecucco docg Riserva
100% Sangiovese – Aged for at least 48 months in 25 hl French oak barrels and refined in bottle for at least 12 months

Fantastic experience! Simone and Stefania welcome you into their home and serve their 3 wines each paired with their own food course, lovingly prepared by Stefania. More like lunch with additional wine tasting. And all with a fantastic view of Monte Amiata.
Simone is passionate and engaging about his award winning wines, and their story of how they got here. The food prepared by Stefania is wonderful and each course was more than we expected.
You MUST do this winery if you are in the area. It’s not all about the big Montalcino wineries and brands in the valley next door. Book yourself into this small family winery for an amazing local and authentic experience. More than just your typical ‘touristy’ wine tasting!

My wife and I were extremely impressed with these three wines.
We had an amazing personal testing with Simone. The meal and wine tasting experience wasn’t available the day we visited because they had another engagement. So, he agreed to do a tasting. He was so informative, engaging, and welcoming. He even went back in the kitchen to cut some meats, cheeses, bread and chocolate.
We purchased two bottles of wines, and the olive oil.
We are excited to return and do the Tuscan food and wine experience when we visit again in four months.You MUST do this winery when in the area. Not huge, not touristy – just an amazing local and authentic experience.
My advice – Do not just show up. Call and make reservations, so you make the most of your adventure.

We have just visited them yesterday with my husband for a wine tasting and food. It was perfetto. The 3 wines were tasty and the food was amazing. I am very happy to find them. The hosting was also kind and had a chance to talk about wine, grapes and olive plants. Highly recommended. We also purchased some wine and olive oils and have an amazing time.

One of the best tasting we’ve done in Tuscany. Simone and Stefania made us very welcome, felt like home. The food Stefania made was amazing! All local and very original. The wines were also great. Wanted to buy everything Definitely worth coming here. Also a lovely sun room with a beautiful view

During our honeymoon, we went to Simone & Stefania for a fabulous (red) wine tasting accompanied by great local food. Simone introduced the 3 different wines and presented information about their production. In addition, you feel like sitting in their living room with a lot of lovely details and a fantastic view of the surrounding area. I can highly recommend this winery and their family atmosphere as well as their homemade olive oil 🙂 All the best, Stefanie.

This was the most wholesome wine tasting experience with great wine and a fantastic view. I highly recommended going to Amiata winery! Simone and Stefania has a lovely home, a love for wine, dedication and passion that they will gladly share with you. There is also served some complimentary food with the three different wines. This was the best happening during my trip to Italy!

We had an amazing experience with Simone and Stefania and would highly recommend a tasting here. We arrived late for our tasting due to a storm but they we very accommodating. The three wines they produce are superb and they were accompanied by delicious food prepared by Stefania! Simone was very knowledgeable and explained each of the wines and their pairings. It was definitely the best wine tasting I’ve ever experienced! Thanks from Laura and Dylan.

Over a couple of hours we were able to slowly enjoy their three wines accompanied with food pairings for fantastic value.
We of course left with a bottle!
This winery is a great example of a family run business who are passionate about what they do and is reflected in their service through the whole experience. If you are in the area this is definitely worth the stop. The hosts also speak great English and French. We were able to reserve via WhatsApp.

3 hectare wijnbouw, maar wat voor wijn!!!
Zeer hartelijk ontvangen door Simone en Steffie. Bescheiden, hardwerkende mensen met passie voor hun vak! Wat zijn we verwend!!! 3 wijnen worden voorgeschoteld, met ieder een eigen karakter. Daarbij ieder een eigen gang met taglieres vol met hapjes! Absolute aanrader(op afspraak)en lekker wat flesjes mee om later herinneringen te delen met elkaar.
