A small, family-run Organic Winery still rooted in the age-old traditions of making wine without chemicals. You’ll experience a tasting experience unlike any other at large wineries.
This is my wine.
The child of our generous earth, of sunny days full of light, as well as sleepless nights watering the thirsty vineyard when August heat cracks open fields. I produce a limited quantity, striving to ennoble the vines’ qualities expressed through perfume, depth, and softness. The life cycle of this wine is completed as it matures in oak barrels, at a constant, natural temperature. All this makes of this bottle a combination of natural goodness and pleasure that I’d like you to taste and be as happy with as I am.
This is my undertaking, my passion, my idea of what is special.
Impenetrable ruby red, on the soft palate but at the same time powerful in its alcohol content well supported by the spice notes, enveloping and full with an evolving tannin. With the right oxygenation it expresses its full potential.

Had a great wine tasting today with Fabrizio. Delicious wines and his passion for his vineyard and his wines really shine through.
We did the optional food with the tasting, which was a delicious antipasti, followed by local pasta with ragu.
Fab experience, would highly recommend.
