OUR PRODUCTS
INSIEME – Merlot Rosso Biologico IGT Toscana
An elegant and expressive Merlot, with a bright ruby hue and aromas of ripe red berries, aromatic herbs, and soft spices. Fermentation takes place with part of the stems, enhancing freshness and structure, followed by stainless-steel ageing to preserve the purity of the fruit.
Ageing: stainless steel only.
INUSUALE – Sangiovese Bianco Biologico IGT Toscana
A surprising white wine made from Sangiovese grapes, vinified without skin contact. Bright and refreshing, it reveals citrus, green apple, and white flower notes, expressing the purity and elegance of the variety.
Ageing: stainless steel only.
INEBRIANTE – Sangiovese Rosato Biologico IGT Toscana
A delicate and lively rosé, made from a brief skin contact that gives a pale pink hue and gentle aromatic complexity. It opens with notes of wild strawberry, cherry, and rose petals.
Ageing: stainless steel only.
INDIGO – Merlot & Sangiovese Rosato Biologico IGT Toscana
A bold and contemporary rosé made from Merlot and Sangiovese grapes, macerated on the skins for about one day. It displays deeper pink tones and aromas of pomegranate, red currant, and gentle spice. Fresh, structured, and persistent.
Ageing: stainless steel only.
INTRIGO – Chardonnay Biologico IGT Toscana
A refined and complex Chardonnay, fermented and aged on fine lees for four months, then matured for one year in stainless steel. It reveals aromas of citrus, pear, and white flowers, with a creamy yet mineral palate.
Ageing: 4 months on fine lees + 12 months in stainless steel.

Marcella was fantastic and answered all of our questions about her vineyard, winery and olive oil production. The wine tasting was accompanied by a selection of meats, cheeses and bread. Lovely scenery and even lovelier hosts. Thank you again & we look forward to visiting you again 🇮🇹🍷

Thank you very much for this lovely tasting at Inserrata Winery. Special thanks to Gabriele who even picked me up and drove to the winery to do the tasting.
Their white sangiovese 2019 is a light and fresh white wine with taste of green apple, peach and citrus. A great choice for hot Tuscan summer.
Rose indaco (Indigo) is a nice pre-dessert wine – slightly sweet with absolutely stunning colour in a beautiful bottle with indigo lips – yes you want that kiss from this rose 🙂 Their orange Trebbiano wine is another great alternative for hot Tuscany days which you can drink all day.
All these lovely wine buddies were accompanied by tasty focaccia with homemade olive oil.

What a wonderful experience we had yesterday at our tasting. This is a boutique winery and family owned and run. The five wines we tasted were all unique, crisp, smooth and very enjoyable. Gabrielle knew so much about each wine and was pleasant and accommodating. The foods paired nicely with the wines and the delicious olive oil. This little winery is one of the best that we have been to.

We visited Inserrata on our recent trip to Tuscany and all I can say is WOW!!!!
We had the pleasure to try all the wines paired with locally produced fruit, cheese, meat, bread and oils. It was a truly magical experience leading to us ordering a ‘few’ bottles to be delivered back home. If you have the chance, this is a must visit wine tasting and if you can get hold of the wines – give them a try, you will not be disappointed.

Entreprise familiale avec de très bons produits. L’accueil a été très charmant, la nourriture et le vin sont excellents et ils ont été très gentils et accueillants avec notre petit de 18 mois. Les produits ont une histoire intéressante et le propriétaire est passionné dans son domaine, généreux de son temps et de ses connaissances. Bien apprécié notre visite et j’espère retrouver leurs produits près de chez moi. Très beau design des bouteilles pour conclure, que de bons mots!

Amazing wine tasting experience! The olive oils and wine were some of the best we had on our trip to Italy. The tour was informative but also very laid back – we had time to just chat and enjoy the wine with the delicious snacks that were provided. Highly recommend if you’re visiting the area.

We had the best time. Marcella was very attentive, took us on a great tour and answered all of the questions that we had about wine and Olives. She took the time to spend with us on Easter Sunday. I’ve been to a lot of tastings and this is by far my favorite.
