Podere Conca, nestled in the Livorno countryside, is only a few kilometers away from the sea and near the renowned Viale dei Cipressi di Bolgheri, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It tells a story of passion, dedication and family tradition, a combination that gave birth to the production of wine and extra virgin olive oil in compliance with organic cultivation. The estate extends over 9 hectares of land: the olive grove includes about 800 trees, some of which are centuries old. Five hectares are destined to wine growing, mainly red berried grapes.

To confirm the booking, payment via credit card/paypal or bank transfer is required; For cancellations less than 24 hours in advance or in case of no shows, a cancellation penalty equal to 100% of the amount will be applied; For cancellations 24 (or more) hours in advance, no penalty will apply, the entire amount paid will be refunded in a manner to be agreed upon at the time of cancellation (bank transfer / PayPal). We recommend arriving on time, missing time due to delay cannot be made up.
