Terre di Melazzano is wine-farm and holiday-farm, is located in the heart of Chianti Classico, just 1 km from the village of Greve in Chianti. Owned by the Falciani family for over 60 years, it produces high-quality wines with the most ancient Tuscan traditions. It extends across 40 hectares, 22 of which are dedicated to specialized vineyards and 3 to olive groves.
All our products are the result of our hard work and commitment, using exclusively organic and environmentally friendly techniques and processes. Our wines and Olive Oil are organic and we have been producing wines WITHOUT ADDED SULPHITES since 2012.
Our dedication to research and development led us to the crafting of the first sulphite-free Chianti Classico. We were searching for a 100% natural product as nature intended, made with the best grapes. Our sulphite-free Chianti Classico Riscoperto is ideal for wine drinkers who are allergic to sulphites or have low tolerance to sulphur-based additives.

Tastings of 5 organic wines and extra virgin olive oil, accompanied by samples of local products, selected to showcase the product: cheeses and ham from sustainable farms very close to the farm, homemade baked pasta, and cantucci biscuits with Vin Santo del Chianti Classico.
All accompanied by focaccia made by us with Mulino Parri flour. Served on the panoramic terrace of the winery, where you can enjoy a wonderful view of the vineyards and the Greve Valley!
Followed by a tour of the winery upon request.

Morning or afternoon: Comparative tasting of our new extra virgin olive oil, with the one of the last year’s and a high-quality commercial oil.
The tasting will be accompanied by ham, salami and cheeses from sustainable farms, located nearby.
It will all be accompanied by focaccia made by us with Mulino Parri flour and a glass of our sulfite-free wine.

Tijdens een rondje fietsen was ik langs de agritoerismo Terre di Melazzano gekomen. Ik zag dat ze zowel appartementen als wijnproeverij aanboden. We zijn met de auto teruggekomen en in het kleine proeflokaal konden we alle wijnen en olijfolie proeven. De wijn is heerlijk. Er worden louter druiven van eigen gaarden gebruikt en ze hebben veel verschillende soorten wijn. De service was erg vriendelijk en ik kom graag nog eens terug voor de lekkere wijn.

We loved our short stay here, the accommodation was spotlessly clean. The staff were all extremely kind to us and the setting is beautiful, especially in the pool area. Wonderful wines and a beautiful terrace area.

We enjoyed a wine tasting (private) as a closing of a 2h bike tour (with tuscany bike tours). We enjoyed 6 Wines with some local specialities and a guided tour through the celars (rather small but with all the info you need) . Perfect if you want a private wine tasting. Great view. Perfect closing of our holiday in the area
